Sage Coffee Machine - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The giveaway is organised by Spruce Collective Ltd (“Spruce Collective”), a UK-based brand.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to UK residents only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Spruce Collective or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase necessary.

3. How to Enter

• Follow @sprucecollective.co.uk on Instagram.
• Click the link in bio and complete the entry as instructed.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Entries that do not comply with these terms will be invalid.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

• Giveaway opens: time of posting.
• Giveaway closes: 09:00 BST, Friday 11th July 2025.
• Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize

• One (1) Sage Barista Express Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machine.
• Spruce Collective will cover the cost of delivery to a valid UK address provided by the winner.
• No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered.
• Spruce Collective reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be contacted via email within 5 days of the giveaway closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. General

• The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Sage Appliances.
• By entering, participants confirm they release Instagram of any responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Personal data will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
